Boots Belts n Bags was started to help raise money and awareness for Care-ousel Therapeutic Riding.
I use Western cowboy boots and belts, and design them into stylish, affordable Western purses. Every purse has a unique style and feature unique designs in part due to decorative stitching patterns and colors used on the boot tops. I then use leather, crystals, conchos and other textiles to decorate the purses.
The first purse I made in 2008. I used a pair of charcoal grey Justin Roper boots and decorated them with a Cordovan lace pattern, and silver conchos. The handles are made from rope.

Boots and belts for the purses come from many different sources. Currently, we are partnering with local stores in the community and organizations to collect donations of boots and belts. If you are interested in donating your western boots or belt, please contact us. We also accept donations of items such as leather straps and scraps, metal buckles, rings, and snaps. The boots below are examples of the types of boots I use in my designs.

We greatly appreciate the support of our partners and the donations of supplies to make the purses. Without you it would not be possible!
